It is very important that you select a reputable adoption agency, and who has been in business for a long time. Too much is at stake; don’t assume all is going to be well when you use an agency to assist you in finding a child. Even the best of the agencies make mistakes, and it is important that you select an attorney that solely represents you and your interest and will ensure that what the agency has done is complete and by the book.
Please note: unlike other states, Utah does not allow paid Facilitators to assist in the placement of children in Utah. Under Utah law, only licensed adoption agencies may be paid for matching services.
